Why Relational business?
As entrepreneurs, lot of what we’re taught about business is individually focused, rather than community focused.
This often leads to extractive, capitalist, and profit driven decision making. For those of us who deeply care about impact, contribution, and fulfillment in our work – this simply won’t do.
We need strategies on how to build ethical, relational, and community-based businesses. We also need our businesses to be financially sound and sustainable long-term. We can have both.
We can build businesses that are both purposeful and profitable. We can allocate resources in our businesses and broader communities in a way that recognizes the communal nature of wealth. We can learn healthier ways of communicating and being in relationship with each other.
Together, we can create custom strategies for your business that are relational and driven by your unique values, needs, and most audacious visions.
